Shravya Nexus
Student records, staff, attendance, fees and the forms your office actually uses — installed on your own computers. Your data stays on your premises, because that is the only place it ever goes.
Not a website and not a subscription to a server somewhere. It installs and runs inside your premises.
There is no account with us and nothing syncs. Student data sits in a database file on your machine, and we never hold a copy.
Admissions do not stop because a connection dropped. Everything the office does works offline.
Admissions, classes, sections and profiles for students and teachers, with the fields your institution actually uses rather than the ones a generic product assumes.
Mark a class in one grid rather than one student at a time, and see the gaps without exporting anything.
Fee heads, receipts with their own numbering, and a ledger that reconciles - built around how Indian institutions actually collect.
Add a field, a form or a whole record type without waiting for us. Most institutions need one thing nobody anticipated; this is where it goes.
An import wizard for the spreadsheets you already keep, so the first day is not a day of typing.
Scheduled local backups, and a copy to a removable drive you keep. No one else holds your only copy.
From a single branch upwards, where the office runs on a mix of registers and spreadsheets.
Departments, sections and sessions, with staff who need their own view of the same records.
Any organisation keeping records of people, attendance and money in one place.
There is nothing to download here. Your copy is built and licensed for your institution and sent to you directly — which is also why the conversation comes first.
Fifteen minutes to hear what you run today - how many students, what the office already does in Excel, and what breaks every term. No obligation, and no sales script.
We prepare a working copy with your classes and a few of your own records in it, so you are judging your institution on screen rather than a demo school.
Your copy is built and licensed on our machine and sent to you. It installs on your computers and runs there. Nothing is hosted here, and your records never pass through us.
Changes, extra fields, a new report at exam time. We work by relationship rather than a ticket queue - the same person who built it is the person who answers.
We would rather understand what your office does before showing you anything. The consultation is fifteen minutes, it is free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
We work in IST, and we work by relationship rather than a ticket queue — the person who builds your copy is the person who answers when you call.

On your own computers. Shravya Nexus stores its records in a database file on the machine it runs on, inside your premises. It is not a cloud service, there is no account with us, and your student records never travel to us or to anyone else.
No. It runs entirely on the machine it is installed on, so a connection that drops in the middle of admissions does not stop the office working.
A working copy of the software prepared with your own classes and a few of your own records, so you can judge it against how your institution actually runs rather than against a demonstration. It is free, and there is nothing to pay to try it.
We build and license your copy on our machine and send it to you directly after the consultation. There is nothing to download from this website, because your copy is made for you rather than served from here.
Each person has their own account with a role that decides what they can see. Passwords are never stored as typed - they are hashed with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 using a separate random salt for every password, and checked in a way that does not leak timing.
Yes. There is an import wizard for spreadsheets, and the consultation is where we look at what you already keep and work out what maps across.
You can add fields, forms and record types yourself without waiting for us. If something larger is needed, tell us during the consultation - most institutions need one thing nobody anticipated.
The consultation and the sample are free. Pricing depends on the size of the institution and what you need built, so we would rather talk first than publish a number that is wrong for you.
